The PTL Solution has two ways to work:

Solution①(Label management software+V1.2 Label Controllers+Picking tags): It is possible to remotely manage one or more stores (different locations) by installing an ESL software and using the API to connect to customers' system.Suitable for any scene.

Solution②(V1.4 Label Controller+(+V1.2 Label Controllers)+Picking tags): V1.4 controller have integrated server and software device that it can work directly by connecting to the local network, without installing the software. It is very simple and convenient to install in the local.Suitable for local applications or tests.

1.Data Source: The existing WMS system, ERP, MIS, etc. or manually inputting the information.

2.Label Controller:Using to download the orders or receive instructions from WMS and send information to the picking tags through the wireless network frequency 868MHz, and feed back the status information of the tag to the WMS. It is a Two-way transmission way.
3.Picking Tag:used to display the goods info, Bar code,quantity and send out indicating info.
4.Alarm Light:used in the working area to prompt the task to be done in the area.

A. Will the base station interfere with the wifi signal in the store? 

Because the frequency band belongs to different, so there will be no interference to the WIFI signal in the store. 

B.Do you have electronic tags of other technologies? 

We currently have 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, NFC, WIFI, 868MHz five kinds of technology electronic label solutions. 

C.What are the differences between different technology electronic tags? 

*2.4GHz and 868MHz electronic tags need to be updated by base station, which can realize cloud multi-store management, omni-channel pricing and other functions, suitable for large supermarkets or chain stores. 

*WIFI tags do not need to use base stations, can also realize multi-store management, but the stability is relatively poor, more suitable for use as an office door tag. 

*BLE tags with low one-time investment, do not need to use base stations,simple deployment and easy operation, which cannot realize multi-store management and are suitable for small boutiques. 

*NFC tags have two ways to use, one requires NFC server or installation of cloud software, can realize data docking, computer control, batch management.Another kind of mobile NFC requires customers to develop their own APP, and we will provide the agreement.

D. I want to develop my own software, do you provide SDK? 

At present, Our product will provide an API integration protocol.

E. How about the lead time? 

Sample order is usually 2-3 days, for bulk order is 1-3 weeks.
